Krakow – Warsaw
Day 1
Departure in the morning, transfer to Krakow. Visiting Krakow we will start at the Main Market Square, see the Cloth Hall, the church of Saint. Wojciech, a lonely tower of the former town hall and one of the symbols of the city – St. Mary’s Church with a monumental altar by Wit Stwosz in the interior. We will also see the Barbican and the Floriańska Gate. Lunch, free time.
Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner, overnight.
Day 2
Breakfast. Further sightseeing of the city. We are going for a walk around the former Jewish District – Kazimierz. Visiting the Schindler Museum. At The Wawel Royal Castle we will visit the cathedral, the royal chambers and the dragon’s dome, where, according to legend, the Wawel dragon lived. At the end of the day, a cruise on the Vistula (the possibility of organizing a party boat – a vessel exclusive for the group).
Day 3
Breakfast. Transfer to Ojcowski National Park. We will visit the ruins of the Ojcow Castle, the Lokietek Cave, and the Natural Museum OPN, walk through the Prądnik Valley, Pieskowa Skala Castle.
Return to Krakow, half board. An evening out to one of the clubs.
Day 4
Check out from the hotel. Transfer to Wieliczka, where together with a guide we will cross the tourist route through the corridors of the salt mine.
Transfer to Warsaw. Accommodation in a hotel. Dinner, overnight.
Day 5
Breakfast. Visiting the Warsaw Old Town – Castle Square, Sigismund III Vasa Column, Royal Castle (optional interior), Old Town Square – Mermaid statue, Barbican, defensive walls, Monument to the Little Insurgent, St. John.
Lunch break.
A walk around Krakowskie Przedmiescie to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier – Kościół Św. Anna, the Presidential Palace, a monument to Prince Poniatowski, Hotel Bristol, a monument to Bolesław Prus, Marshal Józef Piłsudski Square, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Transfer to half board and overnight.
Day 6
Breakfast. Lazienki Krolewskie – a walk through the park, Wilanów – Palace and Park; at the end of the tour, we suggest visiting the National Stadium with the Footballer’s Route – we will feel the pre-match atmosphere in the football locker room, sit on the players’ bench, in a moment to enter the National Stadium, and then visit the conference room. Transfer to half board and overnight.
Day 7
Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The museum is a tribute to the inhabitants of Warsaw, for those who fought and died for free Poland in 1944. Departure on the return journey.
